As current founder and chief of the United States Navy Admiral Lopez started off as a federal pilot. Flying missions around San Andres realised that vulnerability in the waters. After countless hours with Department of Defence Secretary Caruso finally allocated Defence funding for the research and manufacturing of an NIMITZ-Class Carrier. Ever since Admiral Lopez has been appointed as Chief of Naval Operations and strives to see the oceans of the world safe.
